Playgrounds

One of the main reasons I went fattie this year is that it opens up undeveloped areas for playing around.  Looking at maps now and finding little squares of state and federal land to go explore is one of my new favorite pastimes.
Even though the loop is closed down, this section atop Johnson Canyon is still a great out and back.  I've got the Thompson Elite seatpost back on the bike, and an Easton Havoc AM stem.  Putting on my new wheels today or tomorrow, and I can't wait.  Should be one of the lightest fastest fatties ever!
The end of Nitchie Road, the start of the playground
Looking down on Johnson Canyon, and Johnson Creek.
You'd think my name alone would grant me passage.
If this was Westeros, I'd even have a claim on the land.
