Corsican Noodles

One of my Spring stand-bys:
* Lots of Lemon Zest and a bit of juice
* Olive Oil
* Thinly sliced Garlic (Lots)
* Nut (Pine in this photo)
* Sea Salt
* 3 Minced Sardines
* Fresh Parmesean
* Lots of Basil

* Wide noodles like an Egg or a Fett
